IDX Broker Property Manager Account Instructions

To get the most out of your property manager account you should save searches, enable email updates notification and save properties of interest for easy later retrieval.

Here's How:

First create your account if you haven't already, or login to your account.

Save Searches

After logging in, the first step is to do a search of course. You will be within your account so you will want to click on "perform a search now" under the My Saved Searches heading. (These images are visual only and not functional.)

Enter your criteria in the search form starting at the top and working down and hit search. You'll notice that the logged in version of the search form has an additional row of buttons specific to your account, "My Saved Searches" "My Saved Properties" "Edit My Information" and "Log Out". These will appear on all search pages while you are logged in.

After you reach the search results page, you can save the search simply by clicking save search in the row at the top of the results page directly above the Google map.

Once you save the search, you remain on the results page and a message appears confirming the search has been saved in your account. Next time you login, the search will be shown under "My Saved Searches". The "My Saved Searches" area is the default landing page after logging in as shown in the first image above.

If you attempt to save a search when you are not logged in, or you do not have an account, you will be prompted to either log in or create an account.

Email Updates - Automatic Email Notifications

This is a very powerful feature to help you find what you are looking for in Yosemite and Bass Lake Area real restate, set and forget (if you like) email notification.

To be notified whenever new or changed properties (price reductions and etc.) meet your search criteria be sure to toggle on "Email Updates" in your control panel or ask your BLR Team Member to do it for you.

This is also where you can choose your preferred email format.

If you want to stop email updates, do not unsubscribe from the update email! This will delete your account from the system. Just log into your account, go to "Edit My Information" and select "No" for email updates. This will stop them universally irrespective of the individual saved searches settings.

Save Individual Properties

After you've run your searches and saved the ones you want you can then browse the results and save individual properties. You can do this at any time, and you do not have to have any saved searches to save individual properties.

Click through to the details of a property and click on the "Save Property" button. If you attempt this while you are not logged in, you will be prompted to either login or create an account.

You can save as many searches and properties as you like. They will be stored in the IDX Broker system for you for convenient retrieval from any internet connected computer anywhere in the world as always.

My Saved Searches

When you log into the system this is where you land. Click on "My Saved Searches" if you are on a different search page and you will be taken to a list of all your saved searches, logically enough.

From there you can run the searches to see recent changes or adjust their individual email updates settings. Make sure the "Receive Email Updates?" checkbox is checked if you want email updates sent for that particular search. This feature is dependent on your main account email update settings under the "Edit My Information" tab.

Click on the red minus sign to the right of each search to delete that search. This cannot be undone, however it's really simple to do a new search if you accidentally delete one you want.

My Saved Properties

The "My Saved Properties" button takes you to your saved properties where you can either view them or delete them by clicking the red minus sign. Accidentally deleting saved properties can be a little more time consuming for you to find and save again.

Edit My Information

"Edit My Information" is where you can change your account details, name, email, phone, password, email updates, email format. You can also enter an additional email address if you would like to receive updates at two addresses.
